Obituary: Barbara Pannone Brangi, 68, of East Haven
Barbara, who loved time with family and friends, worked at the Yale Law School admissions office, and was a local clerical union official.

Barbara Pannone Brangi, 68, of East Haven, passed away at the St. Raphael Campus at Yale New Haven Hospital on Monday, July 5, 2021. She is the wife of Louis Brangi.
She was born in New Haven on February 19, 1953, but was raised, went to school and spent most of her life in East Haven.
She was a Senior Administrative Assistant in the Admissions Office at Yale Law School from 1990 to 2016. She was also the Union Steward and Vice President of Local 34 C & T (Clerical and Technical).
Barbara also loved spending time with her many friends and family.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter Christine (Thomas) Brangi Landino of East Haven and a son Louis (Kristina) Brangi of Wallingford, a sister Roseann Cardonita Nystrand of East Haven, as well as two grandchildren, Amber and Thomas J. Landino. She was predeceased by her parents Ralph and Mary Somma Pannone.
A graveside memorial service will be held at East Lawn Cemetery, East Haven on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 11 am. The East Haven Memorial Longobardi-Brennan Funeral Home, 425 Main St., East Haven, 203-467-1708 is in charge of arrangements.
