Obituary: David B. Healey (Porto Funeral Homes)

David B. Healey, 71, of Branford, beloved husband of 25 beautiful years to Ann BonTempo, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026 at his home. Brother of Anne (Joseph) White, Kathryn (Donald) Owens, William F. Healey III and Patrick Healey. David was born in New Haven on October 13, 1954 son of the late William F. and Barbara Healey Jr. David graduated from Hopkins School in 1972 and from Merrimack College in 1976. David was Lead Support Enforcement Officer in the Judicial Branch, Court Operations of the State of Connecticut for thirty-seven years, retiring in 2022. He was an ace at the NYT crossword puzzle and he loved traveling to the islands with Ann and sharing as much time as he could with her, the love of his life.

Family and friends are invited to a parlor service in the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80), East Haven WEDNESDAY evening March 18, 2026 at 7pm. Interment will be private.
