Obituary: Dolores Rubino Barrett, 89, of East Haven
Beloved by her family, and survived by 22 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren, before retiring, she was an assembler for U.S. Surgical.
Dolores Rubino Barrett 89, of East Haven beloved wife of the late William E. Barrett Sr. passed away on July 30, 2022 in Yale New Haven Hospital St. Raphael Campus. Loving mother of Kathy Barboni, Jane (John) Farkash, JoAnn Spragg, Diana Barrett, Susan (Peter) Brennan, William E. (Ed Huff) Barrett Jr., Michael (Cindy) Barrett, Lisa (Pasquale) Riccitelli, Mark (Cindi) Barrett and the late Roseann Esposito. Dolores is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a great-grandson, John Arminio. Sister of MaryAnn Rubino, Dominick (MollyAnn) Rubino Jr. and the late Clementina Gavoli and Pasquale Rubino. Dolores was born in New Haven on December 20, 1932 daughter of the late Dominick and Agnes DeMaio Rubino Sr.
Prior to her retirement, she was an assembler for U.S. Surgical.

Family and friends are invited to a parlor service THURSDAY morning in the PORTO FUNERAL HOME 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80) East Haven at 11:00. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Family and friends may call THURSDAY morning from 8:30 until time of service.
