George A. Montesanto Jr. 61, of East Haven beloved husband of Kristine Smith Montesanto passed away on December 27, 2021 in Yale New Haven Hospital St. Raphael Campus. Loving father of Richard “Rick” (Melissa) Bryan Sr of Dayton, OH and Jennifer Montesanto of Milford. Grandfather of Richard “Ricky” Bryan Jr and Dominic and Gabriella Bryan. Brother of Lynn (John) Barker of New Haven and the late Barbara Jean Sherlock. George was born in New Haven on April 21, 1960 son of the late George A. and Lucia Inzero Montesanto Sr.

Prior to his retirement in 1995 George was a body man for Powsner Auto Body. George was loved by all especially his neighbors of Morgan Point.

Arrangements are in care of the PORTO FUNERAL HOME 234 Foxon Rd (Rte. 80) East Haven and will be held at a later date. THERE WILL BE NO CALLING HOURS.
