Jane O'Leary 88, of East Haven beloved wife of the late Patrick J. O'Leary passed away on July 29, 2018 in Yale New Haven Hospital St. Raphael Campus. Loving mother of Patrick J. O'Leary Jr. of Stratford, Donald (Barbara) O'Leary of Deep River and Kathleen (Thomas) Chieppo of Branford. Proud grandmother of Christopher, Shannon, Kerry, Thomas and Kevin. Great grandmother of Cian and Owen. Sister of Frances (Robert) Noonan of Guilford and the late Ann Torello.

Jane was born in New Haven on November 8, 1929 daughter of the late Josephine Koelle and step-daughter of the late Joseph Locke. Her companion in her later years was Don Ingraham. Jane lived most of her life in East Haven, where she worked as an executive secretary at the East Haven Recreation Department and also worked as an elementary school substitute teacher for Hayes School.

She enjoyed traveling and was a part time resident of Pompano Beach FL.Her funeral procession will leave the PORTO FUNERAL HOME 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80) East Haven FRIDAY morning at 10:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Vincent dePaul Church at 11:00. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call FRIDAY morning from 8:30 to 10:30. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association P.O. Box 3049 Syracuse, NY. 13220-3049.
