Obituary: John Tagliatela, 75, of East Haven

John Tagliatela, 75 of East Haven passed away May 7, 2023 at Ct Hospice. He was born September 30, 1947 in New Haven to the late Nicholas and Marie (Martucci) Tagliatela. John is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Sandra (Anderson) Tagliatela and his two children; Kevin Tagliatela and Kari Tagliatela. He is also survived by his sister, Lorraine Garofalo of North Haven and several nieces/nephews.

John was a US Navy veteran and retired employee of the US Postal Service. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the NY Yankees. He enjoyed spending time with his wife and going to many concerts.

Family will receive friends on Thursday May 11, 2023 from 4 P.M. until the time of service at 5:45 P.M. in the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home), 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Burial will be private.
