Obituary: Joseph J. “Joe” Ferraro, 69, of East Haven
He served his country faithfully in the Army during the Vietnam Era and before retiring, he was a "body man for several area body shops."

Joseph J. “Joe” Ferraro 69, of East Haven beloved husband of Pauline Steponavich Ferraro passed away on August 10, 2021 at his home. Father of Joseph Ferraro. Brother of Denise (Randy) Fucci of North Haven, Ann Marie Longobardi of Middlebury, Daniel (Nancy) Ferraro of Palmetto, FL and the late Leonard Ferraro. Son-in-law of Nancy Steponavich of North Branford and the late James Steponavich.
Joe was born in New Haven on January 11, 1952 son of the late Daniel and Rose Marie Bozzuto Ferraro.
Prior to his retirement Joe was a body man for several area body shops. Joe served his country faithfully in the Army during the Vietnam Era.
Family and friends are invited to a parlor service in the PORTO FUNERAL HOME 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80) East Haven SATURDAY morning at 10:30. Interment with military honors will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Family and friends may call SATURDAY morning from 8:30 until time of service.
