Laura Silvestro Gambardella, 61, of East Haven died on Thursday September 9, 2021 at her home. She was the loving wife of the late Michael Gambardella Jr. Born in Bridgeport on October 25, 1959 to Anthony Silvestro of Milford and the late Nancy Morrissey Silvestro.

Laura was a compassionate person whose infectious smile lit up a room when she walked in. She was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend with strong family values and cherished those relationships the most. She will be missed by all who knew her. She and Mike were a match made in heaven and have now found their way back to each other again.

Besides her father, she is survived by a sister Carol Silvestro, two sisters-in-law Mary Russo, and Susan (Edward Sr.) Mattei, as well as many nieces, nephews and a large extended family. Besides her husband and mother, Laura was predeceased by her brother Anthony Silvestro Jr, brother-in-law George Russo and nephew Michael Russo.
