Obituary: Linda Frances Fortino Ferraiolo, 72, of East Haven
Linda, who worked in the town's Planning & Zoning Department before retiring, enjoyed boat rides and time with her family at the marina.

Linda Frances Fortino Ferraiolo, 72, of East Haven beloved wife of Jack Ferraiolo passed away on August 4, 2022 in Whispering Pines Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Loving mother of Michael (Denise) Ferraiolo of Clinton and Jack (Haley) Ferraiolo Jr. of Wallingford. Grandmother of Michael, Gabrielle and Emmie Ferraiolo as well as the expected twin boys. Sister of the late George Fortino. Sister-in-law of Rita Fortino of East Haven. Beloved friend of Sandy DePoto. Linda was born in New Haven on May 7, 1950 daughter of the late Frank J. and Faye Manna Fortino. Stepdaughter of the late Liberanto P. Florio.
A graduate of Wilbur Cross High School, Linda moved to East Haven with her husband and was a longtime resident and employed by the Town of East Haven, in the planning and zoning department, until her retirement. Linda enjoyed her coffeetime, seafood, boat rides and spending time at the marina with her family.

Her funeral procession will leave the PORTO FUNERAL HOME 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80) East Haven MONDAY morning at 10:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish in St. Vincent dePaul Church at 11:00. Interment will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery. Family and friends may call SUNDAY from 4pm to 7pm.
