Obituary: Paul James Beisler Sr., 74, of East Haven

Paul James Beisler Sr. 74, of East Haven beloved husband of April Trudeau Beisler adorned with love of his family, passed away after a battle with cancer on December 15, 2021 surrounded by his family in CT. Hospice. Loving father of Paul J. Beisler Jr, David S. (Gabriella) Beisler, Katie (Mark) Kordelski, Michaela Beisler, Jillian (Daniel) Jack and Rebecca (Alisha) Corbin. Paul was the adored papa of Alexia, Paul, Mareena, Alexander, Judson, Presleigh, Coraline, Lennon and Sawyer. Brother of Patricia (Claude) Boileau, Lynn Bradley and the late Frank Beisler and Michaela Wilder and Beverly Barker. Paul was born in New Haven on August 14, 1947 son of the late Frank M and Helen A. Stanford Beisler.

It took Paul a few years to find his niche, he found he was able to connect and help people through the insurance business, after a few years of working for others he started Beisler Insurance Agency.

Paul loved baseball and he loved teaching children how to play the sport that he loved. He encouraged while expecting discipline of the young athletes. He coached Little League Baseball for more than twenty years beginning in New Haven's Dom Aitro league and then East Haven's Momauguin Little League.

Paul also loved the game of golf and was an avid golfer for most of his life. He attended Quinnipiac College and has maintained a unique friendship with his TKE Brothers for more than 50 years. However, his oldest friends attended St. Boniface Grammar School with him and they have remained friends for 67 years.

Family and friends are invited to go DIRECTLY to St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish in Our Lady of Pompeii Church to celebrate A Mass of Christian Burial WEDNESDAY morning December 22, 2021 at 11:00. Interment will be private.
