Police said Dianna Pagano, who they identify as the "main resident," was the one "running a drug and prostitution operation."
Police said Pagano, 39, would "rent rooms to drug users and allegedly supplied them with their drug of choice," which cops say was provided by Benjamin Dozier, 37, of Stamford. Police said Dozier would be at the house with the drugs and that Pagano would be the go-between for drug users who would "either pull up in front of the residence, or go inside the residence to use the newly purchased drugs."
