By Popular Demand: East Haven Farmers Market Being Extended To Oct. 29

EAST HAVEN, CT — The East Haven Farmer’s Market is extending the market season until Oct. 29 "due to popular demand," the town says.

Noting both market-goers and vendors "have requested it," the town is "happy to oblige."

The Farmer’s Market will remain open on Sunday’s from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on the East Haven Town Green until the end of October.

"We proudly have 17 vendors each Sunday, and we continue to grow," the town noted.

Borrelli Farms – Locally grown produce from North Branford (North Branford)

Amelia’s Florist and Farmer’s Market- Fresh produce, flowers, cheese and honey all Connecticut sourced (East Haven)

Steffyy’s Soaps and Candles- Locally made products including handmade goat milk soaps, body scrubs. Reed diffusers and lip balm (North Haven)

Fine Fettle Pets- Homemade pet treats for cats, dogs and more (North Haven)

Peace, Love and Cookies- Delicious and freshly baked cookies locally made (Branford)

Cherie’s Sweet Treats- Baked goods. Cupcakes, cakepops, cookies, chocolate dipped items and rice crispy treats (East Haven)

Shoreline Nursery- Locally grown flowers, trees, shrubs, perennials, and seasonal items like mums (East Haven)

Little Lucky Shop- Artistic creations such as stickers, keychains and mugs (East Haven)

Sweet Mike and Porridge, LLC- Engraved good such as cutting boards, cork coasters and engraved gifts (Stratford)

Petonito’s Pastry and Cupcake Shoppe- Italian classic pastries, cupcakes, donuts, muffins, scones and breads (East Haven)

Angela’s Kitchen, LLC- Locally made gourmet pasta sauce (Cheshire)

Traveling Sisters Roasters- Locally roasted and blended organic coffee. They offer coffee pods and seasonal blends (Wallingford)

Papa Spyros Olive Oil- Extra virgin olive oil produced from their family olive grove in Greece. They also sell gourmet hummus, tzatziki, dips and baklava (North Branford)
