Will the REAL Sal Maltese please stand up?

With Joe Maturo’s sexual harassment case just days away Maltese has found another political lily pad to hop onto. Rationally, what was Maltese thinking by entertaining this? Who is behind this and who has something to gain financially and politically? One may not need to look to far than the law offices that support the Town. After the Republicans kicked Maltese to the curb, publicly humiliated him and insulted him by calling him “lazy” why has Maltese gone full circle and returned to these people like a battered house wife?

Maltese after a failed attempt to receive the Republican nomination for Mayor, his unsuccessful run as an Independent and ultimately his second loss as a Democrat, to go back to the GOP is an embarrassment to himself and gives a poor perception of no credibility to the public as a flip flopper.

The East Haven Democrats embraced Maltese and gave him their nomination unopposed. After he lost to Maturo he then decided to file a lawsuit against the Town and he was only there for the opening of the court hearing and didn’t attend anymore dates for the hearing because he knew he lost again!. Now Maltese does this and turns his back on the Democrats? If he wants to put the blame on anyone for his losses he needs to look no further than his laundromat mirror!

Maltese’s lack of true commitment and his cowardice to debate in both elections blew an election that was his to lose. Republican, Independent, Democrat and now Republican again? Enough is enough! Will the real Sal Maltese please sit down and stop positioning yourself for another failed attempt to become Mayor!
