James Theodore Baylor, Jr.
James Theodore Baylor, Jr., 87, of North Haven, passed away Monday, October 3, 2011 at the CT Hospice, Branford. He is survived by the love of his life for the past 25 years, Caroline Marino of North Haven.
Born in Waterbury on January 18, 1924; son of the late James T. Baylor, Sr. and Lucy Bunggard Baylor. James was the General Manager of Montesi Volkswagon of West Haven for many years until his retirement; he served his country faithfully in the U.S. Army Air Corp during WW II and was a member of the American Legion of East Haven and the Owenego Beach & Tennis Club.

Father of Gary (Donna) Baylor of Cheshire and Robert (Lisa) Baylor of North Haven. Step-father of Michele Marino and Frank (Doreen) Marino all of East Haven. Grandfather of Christopher, Jonathan and Samantha Baylor, Stephanie and Frank Marino, Jr., Steven and Kevin Marino. Predeceased by his wife Louise Wilcox Baylor and a sister Constance Grantland.
Funeral services will be conducted in the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue, Friday morning at 11:00. Interment with full military honors will follow in All Saints Cemetery. The visiting hours will be Thursday from 5 to 8 pm.

In New Haven, Sept. 29, 2011, Patricia M. Lynch Guiosky, 78, of East Haven.
Beloved wife of the late John J. Guiosky. Loving mother of John (Katherine) Guiosky of East Haven and Stephen Guiosky of New Britain. Cherished grandmother of Lawrence Patrick and John Stephen Guiosky. Sister of the late Ann Lynch Peck.
Born Oct. 2, 1932 in New Haven, a daughter of the late Patrick J. and Michelle Fennell Lynch, she was a graduate of Hillhouse High School and had been employed for over twenty-eight years at Yale-New Haven Hospital as a keypunch operator and control clerk. She was also an expert typist. Patricia was a faithful communicant of St. Clare Church in East Haven where she was an active member of the Ladies Guild of the church. She was also a member of the New Haven Council of Catholic Women and the Irish American Community Center. She will long be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother who always put her families' needs before her own.
Funeral from the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven, was held Wednesday morning at 8:30. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Clare Church at 9:00. Burial followed in Beaverdale Memorial Park.

John F. Cucurello (Master Sergeant USAF), 59, husband of Laura Giannattasio Cucurello of East Haven passed away October 1, 2011 in the Hospital of St. Raphael.
Father of Paula Cucurello Simone of West Haven, Christen (David) Quijano and Laura Cucurello both of East Haven. Grandfather of Cade Simone and Valentina Quijano. Son of the late John A. and Margaret Anastasio Cucurello. Brother of Margaret Rish of North Haven, Joseph Cucurello of Sarasota, FL and Frank Cucurello of Wallingford.
John was a Master Sergeant with the Air National Guard 103rd Tactical Squadron serving his country for 40 years.
His funeral procession will leave the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte 80) East Haven Thursday morning at 10:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Vincent DePaul Church at 11:00. Interment with full military honors will follow in All Saints Cemetery.

Emma Buehler Beedle
Emma Buehler Beedle, 83, of East Haven entered into rest, Oct. 3, 2011 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She leaves behind a daughter, Sherry Johnson and her husband Robert of East Haven, a son, Rich Beedle Jr. of East Haven and a daughter, Diane Beedle of Port St. Lucie FL. Also survived by her grandchildren, Robert Johnson III, Shawn Johnson and Ashley Wedge, all of East Haven and Victoria Beedle of Cape Coral, FL, her former husband and lifetime friend, Richard Beedle Sr. of Hamden, her extended family whom she loved, Nancy and Alexander Stoia of Branford and her beloved pets, Emmett, Daisey and Sophie. Emma was predeceased by her sisters, Alice Tomaszewski, Charlotte Lyons, Helen Beedle and Florence Burt, her brothers, Charles Buehler, Frank Buehler and Eddie Buehler and her daughter Diane's companion, Maria Negron-Morales.
Born April 12, 1928 in Bethany, a daughter of the late, Frank and Amy Howe Buehler, she was employed for many years by Choice Designs Silk Screening of Branford. She was a life member of the Riverside Vol. Fire Co. Ladies Auxillary and was fond of cooking, crocheting and crossword puzzles.
Funeral service was held Wednesday morning in the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. Burial followed in Pinebridge Cemetery, Beacon Falls. Memorial contribution may be made to the Smilow Cancer Hospital, PO Box 1849, New Haven, CT 06508-1849.

Aunt of Michael Moniello of North Haven, Pat Moniello of East Haven and Mary Ann Levenduski of Southington. Daughter of the late Thomas and Angelina Parisi Vece.
