New property owners are the possible exception. eQuality Valuation Services, our hired contractor will be mailing out sales verification forms to these individuals to verify information regarding the sale. Public participation is needed in this critical aspect of the process as the company may need to conduct an onsite review of these parcels.

As always, those properties with building permits for home improvements and new construction will require an onsite inspection. All inspectors will be registered with both the Assessor’s Office and the Police Department.
