Rotarians Give 91 East Haven In-Need Kids $100 In New Clothes
For the 19th year, the Branford Kohl's store partnered with the East Haven Rotary Club for its Ben Mazzucco Clothe the Children Program.

BRANFORD, CT — For now 19 years, Kohl's in Branford has partnered with the East Haven Rotary Club for its Ben Mazzucco Clothe the Children Program. Despite the pandemic, the program was held Friday through Sunday.
Spread over three days in order to minimize the number of Rotarians that needed to be present in the store each day owing to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and to keep everyone safe, a record 91 children in need received $100 worth of new clothes after shopping at the Branford department store.
"Each year the East Haven Rotary Club partners with the Kohl’s Branford store in this heartwarming event, which provides much needed clothing to worthy students of the East Haven school system," according to Frank Gentilesco, Jr.
