Schools Announce Extended Days, Dress Code, Bus Conduct Polices
In a letter, East Haven schools Superintendent Forti reminds parents that the Board of Education voted to extend school days by 30 minutes.

EAST HAVEN, CT — East Haven public school days will be longer, there's an updated dress code policy and a new code of conduct for school bus riders, schools Superintendent Erica Forti announced in a letter sent to families Thursday.
As the East Haven Board of Education voted to extend the school day by 30 minutes through the 2023-24 school year, these are the new start and end times for schools:
East Haven High School: 7:25 a.m. to 2:20 p.m.
Joseph Melillo Middle School: 8 a.m. to 2:55 p.m.
East Haven Academy: 8:05 a.m. to 2:50 p.m.
Tuttle Elementary: 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Ferrara Elementary: 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Momauguin Elementary: 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Deer Run Elementary: 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Overbrook Early Learning Center: 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
