Shout Out: ShopRite Staff Donate $2K To East Haven Animal Shelter
It wasn't just a big check from the store and its employees, but lots of food and treats for the shelter's furry friends.
EAST HAVEN, CT — Pets at the East Haven Animal Shelter may not know from whence the food, treats and money came, but they're enjoying it all nonetheless.
As posted to Facebook this week, the animal shelter thanked ShopRite and its staff for a donation of $2,000 and "lots of food and treats."
"ShopRite has always been a huge supporter of our shelter, and we can not thank them enough for the kindness and love they have always shown us," the shelter said.
