The Sound of Summer: East Haven Mayor Announces Town Green Concerts Lineup

Including local favorite cover bands, the concert series includes special event nights, including classic car shows and Senior Night.

EAST HAVEN, CT — The Town of East Haven is proud to announce its 2026 Summer Concert Series on the Town Green, featuring a full lineup of live music, car shows, and community events designed to bring residents together all season long.

This year’s series will showcase a diverse mix of local and regional bands, highlighted by special event nights including classic car shows and Senior Day on August 22, which begins at noon.

All concerts are from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., are free and open to the public. Residents are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy an evening of live music on the Town Green.

"We’ve built this concert series into something the entire community looks forward to each summer," said Mayor Joseph A. Carfora. "It’s about great music, food, and creating a place where families, friends, and neighbors can come together and enjoy everything East Haven has to offer.”

• August 2 — Trainwreck High-Energy Rock
• August 9 — The Mediums Classic Party Music (Car Show)
• August 16 — Rum Runners Party Time!
• August 22 — Odd Couple (Senior Day) Oldies & Standards
• August 23 — The Bernadettes Motown & Soul

In addition to live entertainment, each concert night will feature a variety of food vendors and dessert options, creating a full evening experience for attendees of all ages.

"Car shows on select dates throughout the summer add a classic touch to the series and help draw both music fans and car enthusiasts from across the state," Carfora said.
