GP's Gathering Spot Announces "Best Mom Ever" Award!
G.P's Gathering Spot, a new restaurant located in East Haven, CT, is pleased to announce that it will give away a spa gift certificate to one mom who lives in East Haven or New Haven. "We are seeking nominations from the children of these mothers. The children can be as young as 8 years old and as old as 100! Children must write a detailed essay as to why they are grateful for their mothers and why they feel that she is the "best mom ever", said Monique Turner-Lopez, co-owner of G.P's Gathering Spot.
To be eligible, potential awardees must be an East Haven or New Haven resident and of course, mothers, grandmothers, aunts, foster mothers, or other women who are currently raising children under the age of eighteen.
Children who are nominating their mothers can send their essays by email to GP's at gpsgatheringspot@gmail.com or by regular mail at G.P.'s Gathering Spot, 190 Main Street, East Haven, CT 06512. The deadline for this award is Friday, November 16th, 2013.
GP's Gathering Spot opened in July 2013 and features American Comfort food with gluten-free and vegan options.
