State Representative Joe Zullo (99th District) has issued a letter to Mayor Joseph Carfora regarding the announcement of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) related to the proposed expansion of Tweed Airport.

In his letter, Rep. Zullo raises serious concerns about the lack of public input and transparency surrounding the agreement, emphasizing the importance of ensuring East Haven residents have a meaningful opportunity to review and comment before any further action is taken.

"East Haven residents deserve a meaningful opportunity to be heard before decisions of this magnitude move forward. This process must be transparent, not rushed through legislative shortcuts that bypass public input," said Rep. Zullo.
