EAST HAVEN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Jacob Carlson, 13, who was reported missing from East Haven on Tuesday, May 2.
Carlson has blonde hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds.
