What's Open and What's Closed in East Haven on Election Day and Veterans Day
Town officials release details about what is open and closed.
EAST HAVEN, CT — All Town offices will be closed on Tuesday November 8th and Friday November 11th in observance of Election Day and Veterans’ Day.
In order to accommodate residents, the Town’s Landfill will be open Thursday (Nov 10th) and Saturday (Nov 12th) of that week. Landfill hours are 8:30 am until 3 pm.
However the Town’s trash and recycling pick-up will NOT be affected by either holiday and will be collected on their regular collection days.
