5 Teens Charged After Altercation at Ellington McDonald's
Several were charged after an incident at the Ellington McDonald's, state police said.

ELLINGTON, CT — Five teenagers were charged after a Friday disturbance at the Ellington McDonald's, state police said.
A car left the scene, but was located on Prospect Street in Vernon, according to arrest reports.
Arrest reports name two of the teens, since they are 18.

Nathael Cortes, 18, of Bolton, was charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, according to arrest report. A 17-year-old was charged with the same crimes, state police said.
State police did not mention what was stolen.

Brandon Biron, 18, of Tolland, was charged with felony conspiracy, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, according to arrest reports.
A 16-year-old was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. A 17-year-old was charged with second-degree breach of peace.
