ELLINGTON — Give a holiday treasure a new home when the Holiday Boutique at the Nellie McKnight Museum opens for the 2026 holiday season on Friday, Nov. 6, from 5 to 8 p.m. at 70 Main Street.
The boutique features a large collection of previously loved holiday home goods and decorations looking for new homes. Whether shoppers hope to refresh their seasonal décor, find a nostalgic piece or discover something unexpected, there will be plenty to browse.
Early shoppers will have the best selection, so opening night is the perfect opportunity to find a favorite treasure before someone else takes it home. Shopping previously loved items gives cherished pieces another season to shine while offering a thoughtful way to decorate for the holidays.
The newly stocked Mercantile will also be open, offering more opportunities to get a head start on holiday shopping. Visitors can explore the historic house museum throughout the evening, pairing seasonal shopping with a glimpse into Ellington's past.
Bring a friend and kick off the holiday season with an evening of shopping, discovery and community at the Nellie McKnight Museum.
