Photographers Invited To Submit Work For Somers Show

SOMERS, CT — The Somers Cultural Commission is inviting photographers to take part in the 2026 Piedmont Photography Show, an annual regional exhibit that will be held this spring at Piedmont Hall.

Entries for the juried show will be accepted April 17 and 18 from 10 a.m. to noon at Piedmont Hall, located at 604 Main St.

The exhibit will run from May 7-10 & May 14-17, with the gallery open each day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Photographers age 16 and older are eligible to participate.

Entry fees are $20 for the first photo and $15 for each additional submission.

An opening reception will take place May 3 from 1 to 3 p.m., with awards announced at 1:30 p.m.

Photographers can pick up their work after the show on Sunday, May 17, or Monday, May 18, between 2 and 3 p.m.
