Champlain College, Burlington VT

• Oliver Mitzy Robbins of Somers has been named to the Champlain College Dean's List for the fall 2019 semester. Students on the Dean's List have achieved a grade point average of 3.5 or higher during the semester.

Clemson University, Clemson SC

• Isabella Eve Kupferschmid of Ellington has been named to the Dean's List at Clemson University. Kupferschmid, whose major is Biological Sciences, made the Dean's List for the fall 2019 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a student achieved a grade-point average between 3.50 and 3.99 on a 4.0 scale.

University of New Hampshire, Durham NH

• Haley Neal and Ryan Gaidos, both of Ellington, graduated from the University of New Hampshire in December 2019.
• Eight local students have been named to the Dean's List at the University of New Hampshire for the fall 2019 semester: Haley Neal of Ellington, earning Highest Honors and majoring in Nutr:Nutrition&Wellness; Erin Wardrop of Ellington, earning Highest Honors and majoring in Social Work; Courtney Conley of Ellington, earning Honors and majoring in Exercise Science; Rachel Stone of Ellington, earning Highest Honors and majoring in RMP:Therapeutic Recreation; Jenni Giacalone of Ellington, earning High Honors and majoring in Exercise Science; Anna Kalinowski of Somers, earning Highest Honors and majoring in English; Danielle Hollister of Somers, earning Highest Honors and majoring in Nursing; and Sydney Quint of Somers, earning Honors and majoring in Sociology. Highest honors are awarded to students who earn a semester grade point average of 3.85 or better out of a possible 4.0. Students with a 3.65 to 3.84 average are awarded high honors, and students whose grade point average is 3.5 through 3.64 are awarded honors.
