ELLINGTON, CT — Firefighters extinguished what they described as a large brush fire overnight, according to Tolland County 911.When the call first came in at about midnight Sunday into Monday, it was feared a barn was ablaze near 30 Frog Hollow Road in Ellington, according to Tolland County 911. ELLINGTON, CT — Firefighters extinguished what they described as a large brush fire overnight, according to Tolland County 911.

When the call first came in at about midnight Sunday into Monday, it was feared a barn was ablaze near 30 Frog Hollow Road in Ellington, according to Tolland County 911. The first arriving officer immediately downgraded the incident to large pile of brush on fire, according to the dispatch service.
