Pairing Menu:
1. First Course- Private Picnic
Strawberry Feta Salad: Fresh Strawberries and creamy feta over crisp spinach, tossed with candied pecans, and a light honey balsamic vinaigrette.
2. Main Course – Champ
Fennel Herb Brisket: Slow-cooked brisket with thyme, parsley, and fennel, crowned with caramalized onions, served with orange-ginger glazed carrots and sour cream chive mashed potatoes.
3. Final Course – Blueberry Bliss
Crema Catalana de Chocolate: Chocolate Custard with warm spice and citrus zest, finished with a hand torched caramel crust
