Join us on Saturday, July 18th from 9am to noon at Market Park, 72 Maple St in Ellington for the Ellington Farmers Market's annual Blueberry Festival - one of the most beloved and delicious days of the entire season.
The star of the show is LuAnn's legendary fresh blueberry shortcake - biscuits piled high with fresh blueberries and whipped cream. But the blueberry goodness doesn't stop there. You'll also find locally grown fresh blueberries, blueberry baked goods galore, jams, soaps, drinks, honey, and even blueberry dog treats for your furry family members.
Keeping the morning lively and lovely will be the talented Eastview Drive, bringing their signature sound to Market Park for a morning that is as sweet as the berries themselves.
The Kids Power of Produce Club is happening again this week, free face painting will be on hand for the little ones, and we are proudly doubling SNAP and FMNP benefits at the market booth.
