American International College, Springfield MA

• American International College has named 470 students to the fall 2018 Dean's List. Dean's List students are full time students who have achieved a 3.3 to a 4.0 GPA. Local honorees are Avery Foye of Somers, majoring in Marketing; Muoi Petruff of Somers, majoring in Nursing; Michael Edwards of Ellington, majoring in Nursing; Laura Schneider of Ellington, majoring in Nursing; Leah Schneider of Ellington, majoring in Nursing (RN to BSN Track); Stephanie Millette of Ellington, majoring in Nursing (RN to BSN Track); and Kristen Joseph of Somers, majoring in Sociology.

Assumption College, Worcester MA

• Assumption College has announced that 493 students have been named to the College's Dean's List for the fall 2018 semester. Local students include Sarah Riley of Ellington, Class of 2019; Spencer Marocchini of Somers, Class of 2020; Trevor Wilcox of Somers, Class of 2020; Lauren Masamery of Somers, Class of 2021; and Caroline Casey of Ellington, Class of 2022. Students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 for a five-class, 15-credit semester to be included on the prestigious list, which is announced at the completion of the fall and spring semesters.
