It took place at 7:30 p.m., state police said. A 2005 Dodge Durango driven by a 73-year-old East Windsor resident was traveling west on Windsorville Road and entered the rotary, according to a report. It then hot a state Department of Transportation-owned sign at the Pinney Street turn-off, according to a report. No injuries were reported.
