Car Takes Out Utility Pole in Somers
A vehicle hit a pole just after midnight on Sunday in Somers.

SOMERS, CT — Somers firefighters responded to an accident scene just after midnight on Sunday after a car slammed into a utility pole.
The crash took place on the 200 block of Watchaug Road, according to Tolland County 911.
The Pole was broken and a crew from Eversource Energy was called to the scene, according to Tolland County 911.
