Clothing, Books, And More Needed For Ellington Fundraising Drive
Organizers say gently used items can help raise funds while giving residents a chance to declutter this spring.
ELLINGTON, CT — A spring cleanout could support local programs, as Crystal Lake Community Church is collecting donations for a fundraising drive.
Residents are encouraged to drop off gently used clothing, household textiles, books, and small household items as part of the effort.
Community collection days are scheduled for April 11 and April 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the church, 278 Sandy Beach Road.
