Somers Bingo Night Is Back — Firefighters Hosting Community Game Nigh

A bingo night fundraiser hosted by the Somers Fire Department will take place at Sonny's Place in April.

SOMERS, CT — The Somers Fire Department is inviting the community to a bingo night fundraiser scheduled for Friday, April 10 at Sonny’s Place.

The event will take place in the rear pavilion at Sonny’s Place, located at 349 Main St. in Somers. Doors will open at 6 p.m., and seating will be first come, first served with limited space available.

According to the department, admission will cost $20 and includes 20 bingo games. Payout amounts will vary depending on each game.

Players can purchase bingo daubers for $1 or bring their own.

Food and drinks will be available for purchase from Sonny’s Place during the event, and outside food or beverages will not be permitted.

Organizers note that anyone planning to participate in bingo must complete Sonny’s Place’s waiver form before playing. A QR code included on the event flyer directs attendees to the waiver, along with bingo rules, frequently asked questions and the department’s social media pages.

The department encourages residents to arrive early due to the limited number of seats available.
