Dairy Truck Loses Trailer in Somers
The crash took place on Monday, state police said.

SOMERS, CT — A trailer came loose on a dairy truck on Monday along a section of Sandhill Road in Somers, state police said.
The truck pulling the trailer, owned by the Guida dairy company, was traveling eastbound in Sandhill Road at 2:13 p.m., according to an accident report.
The trailer came loose for "an unknown reason," overturned and wound up on the south side of the road, state police said.

State police did not specify if the trailer was empty or carrying dairy products.
