Dymotek in Ellington-Somers Named One of Connecticut's Top Workplaces

Dymotek, a growing manufacturing company located in Ellington and Somers, has been named one of Hartford Courant/Fox CT’s Connecticut Top Workplaces 2014.

The Hartford Courant/FOX CT have recognized 60 Connecticut companies and organizations. This was the first year that Dymotek has been large enough to participate.

The Top Workplaces are determined solely by employee feedback. Dymotek employees participated in a 24 question survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics LLC, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.

The survey focused on elements of each company such as leadership, career opportunities and compensation and benefits. Dymotek came in ranked 33 in the small company’s category, and is one of only two manufacturers to make the list.
