Ellington Farmers Market Begins Winter Season
Over 30 full-time vendors plus guest vendors bring the best of local and fresh to Ellington. Matching SNAP at every market.

The winter season of the Ellington Farmers’ Market kicks off Saturday, November 18th from 9am-12pm at Ellington High School, 37 Maple Street. Holiday markets will be held the four Saturdays in December and will feature additional handcrafted items, perfect for holiday gifts, in addition to the 30 full-time vendors. After a short holiday break, the market will resume on January 13th and continue every other week through February 24h.
Several new full-time vendors will join the winter market including Collinswood Mushrooms, Ladybug's Breadstuff and Make It Gluten Free. SNAP will continue to be matched up to $30 per week at the Winter Market.
Ellington Farmers Market is a 501c3 Non-Profit corporation dedicated to creating a healthy community and helping low-income families, seniors and WIC recipients obtain healthy market foods. Over $30,000 has been distributed this year.

Ellington Farmers Market will be participating in Giving Tuesday on November 28th. Donations will go towards the market's matching food programs.
