Ellington Man Accused of Larceny in South Windsor
Andrew Delmaro, 21, was arrested on a warrant in connection with a July incident.

South Windsor police arrested an Ellington man on a warrant on Wednesday.
Andrew Delmaro, 21, of 110 Jobs Hill Road in Ellington, was arrested on a charge of second-degree larceny. He was released on $5,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Sept. 25.
Delmaro’s charge stems from a July 2014 investigation initiated by a local bank, according to a South Windsor police press release.

Police said that Delmaro deposited a check then asked for the transaction to be cancelled, and retrieved his check. Delmaro was then able to withdraw the money from other branches knowing that he was not entitled to do so, according to police.
