The incident took place Oct. 19, 2015 at the Classic Motel at 95 South Main Street. It was reported to police that Bullis had allegedly punched a female in the stomach, choked her and threatened to kill her in the motel room, police said.

Upon arrival, officers found Bullis had fled the scene. A significant search was conducted, which included a K9 unit, but Bullis was not located. A warrant was then applied for Bullis' arrest, according to police.
