Ellington Man's Name Used by Another at Traffic Stops: Warrant
An East Hartford man has been charged with using the name of a 23-year-old Ellington man for medical treatment and during traffic stops.

ELLINGTON, CT ― An East Hartford man has been charged with using the name of a 23-year-old Ellington man for medical treatment and during traffic stops, an arrest report indicates.
Zachary Caron was arrested last week and charged with third-degree identity theft and criminal impersonation, state police said.
He used the name of the Ellington man on several occasions, including a visit to St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford and during traffic stops on Interstate-84 and on Middle Butcher Road in Ellington, according to an arrest report.

Caron is due in court on March 14, state police said.
