Ellington Officials Considering New Bridge for Strawberry Road
The project was announced on Monday.

ELLINGTON, CT — Town officials are considering a project to replace the bridge spanning Abbey Brook on Strawberry Road, First Selectman Lori Spielman said Monday.
The project would receive federal funds under the Federal Local Bridge Program administered by the Connecticut Department of Transportation, she said.
If the project is adopted, the design phase would begin in early 2018, with construction likely in 2018 or 2019, Spielman said.
