Ellington Revaluation Completed

Ellington, CT - The Town of Ellington has recently completed the 2015 revaluation, and notices will be mailed Thursday, Dec. 10.

Vision Government Solutions, Inc. assisted the town in this process. The notice received from VGSI indicates the old and new assessment, which are 70% of fair market value. The new assessment is the basis for your July 2016 taxes.
