Ellington Sub Shop To Offer Free Subs For School Donation
Customers who donate at least $3 to Ellington High School Athletics can receive a free regular sub during the opening promotion.
ELLINGTON, CT — A new Jersey Mike’s Subs location is set to open Wednesday morning in Ellington, with a grand opening fundraiser benefiting Ellington High School Athletics.
Owners said the shop, located at 135 West Road, recently passed all inspections and is ready to open after “some time and effort.”
As part of the grand opening promotion, customers who donate at least $3 to the Ellington High School Athletic Department will receive a free regular sub. The promotion runs from June 17 through June 21, according to the flyer.

Customers may use cards that have been distributed locally or show the attached promotional flyer at the restaurant. The offer is valid only at the Ellington location and is limited to one coupon per person, per visit, per day.
The restaurant's owners also plan to partner with Ellington High School teams during their seasons to provide meals for games.
