Ellington Unified Week "Where Everyone Shines"

Ellington is shining a light for children with disabilities during "Where Everyone Shines Unified Week"

Ellington Unified will be sponsoring "Where Everyone Shines Week" from March 27 through April 1st. Ellington Unified believes that everyone can have a sense of belonging within the community by connecting families, schools, and others through activities and support. Their mission is to strengthen the Ellington community for youth with disabilities and their families.

Ellington Unified has planned a week full of events to promote inclusion for children with disabilities.

Monday, March 27th

Take a walk in Arbor Park, and see how it shines!

Thursday, March 30th

Ellington Unified basketball game against Luann’s Lattes at the Ellington Middle school starting at 6pm.

Friday, March 31st

A sensory-friendly game with the Hartford Wolf Pack. Register through this link and $5 is donated to the Miracle League of Northern Ct.

Saturday, April 1st
Sensory-friendly movies at the Hall Memorial Library (11am Dory and 2pm Wonder) sign up through the library's website
