Ellington Woman Wins 6-Figure Jackpot In New CT Lottery Game

ELLINGTON, CT — A local resident invested $5 in a new CT Lottery game recently, and wound up cashing in more than $100,000, according to lottery officials.

Paula Peci became a lucky winner after acquiring a Fast Play - $5 Jumbo Bucks Progressive ticket at the Fasmart convenience store at the corner of Main Street and Route 83. Her prize was $114,840, which she claimed Tuesday.

The Fast Play - $5 Jumbo Bucks Progressive game debuted July 20, according to the lottery.
