Ellington's Clements Remembered as a Man with 'A Big Heart'
He had been the finance board chairman for more than a decade-and-a-half.

ELLINGTON, CT β Ellington First Selectman Lori Spielman on Tuesday remembered longtime Board of Finance Chairman Robert Clements as a man who was dedicated to his town.
"Bob had a big heart for the Town of Ellington, always with a focus on keeping taxes down for the residents. His absence will be felt by a great many people," she said in a statement on Twitter.
Clements, 75, died at his home on Sunday.
