Farmhouse Fair at Ellington Congregational Church

Our 51st Annual Farmhouse Fair is held on Friday evening and Saturday.  On Saturday  patrons may purchase Brunch from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.  An Egg/Cheese Bake will be available for Brunch, as well as a variety of muffins.  From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, patrons may purchase from the Luncheon menu.  This includes  vegetarian Tomato, Pasta and Bean soup, grilled cheese sandwiches and our signature dish of Chicken a la King with cranberry salad. Desserts include pie or Old-Fashioned Indian Pudding. (Take-out available for all offerings.)  Live music will be enjoyed from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Social Room (downstairs).

The Farmhouse Fair is an annual tradition in the area.  Some of the booths include Raggedy Ann & Andy, Christmas Decor, The Pantry (baked items), Quilted items, Knits 'N Things, Unique Boutique, Harvest Room, Doll Clothes for 18" dolls, Sugar Plums (which offers a variety of homemade candies) and much more.

What makes the Fair special is that all items are hand-crafted by members.  It is the perfect place to start Christmas and holiday shopping.  The church is handicap accessible.
