Dianne Kessler–Hartnett, RN from the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department at Johnson Memorial Hospital (JMH) will present a lecture entitled “Helping Your Heart” on Tuesday, February 22 at 2 p.m. at the Ellington Senior Center, 16 Church Street. The lecture will include information on how the heart works, signs and symptoms of a heart attack, risk factors and lifestyle modification.
