Good Old Fashioned Independence Day Celebration In Ellington

The entire family can enjoy the Good Old Fashioned Independence Day Celebration at the Ellington Farmers' Market on Saturday, July 2nd from 9 am to noon in Arbor Park.

Ellington Youth Services will be providing the supplies for kids to make hats and join the Patriotic Hat Parade which will take place at 10:30 am in the park. Free games and activities will also be provided.

Quiet Corner Fiddlers will be performing old-time fiddle tunes during the event. Bring a chair and relax under the shade of the trees for a good old-fashioned morning.

The market features 40 vendors bringing a wide variety of farm products, locally sourced foods and artisan wares. A complete list of vendors and a schedule can be found on the market website.
